Sell My Vehicle

Members of the public can submit their vehicle details, photos and asking price directly to the UKDealer network. Their listing appears inside the Trade Portal alongside dealer listings — clearly badged so you know exactly what you're looking at. A ready stream of potential stock and part-exchange opportunities, at no extra cost.

Auto-generated listing videos

Upload your photos and we'll build a short portrait video of the listing automatically — ready to share on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook with your branding already on it.

Dealer verification badge

Submit your business details for verification and earn a trusted dealer badge on your listings and profile — giving buyers confidence before they even pick up the phone.

Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No contract, no minimum term. You pay month to month and you can cancel at any time — no questions asked. We'd rather earn your business every month than tie you in.
How do buyers contact me?+
Directly. The phone number on your listings is yours — your mobile, your showroom number, whatever you decide. Buyers call or message you directly. We never intercept enquiries or route calls through a platform number.
Do you take a commission when I sell a car?+
Never. Your subscription fee is the only money we ever take. We don't know when you sell a car, and we don't want to. The whole deal happens between you and the buyer — exactly as it should.
What is the Trade Portal?+
The Trade Portal is a dealer-only section hidden from the public. You can list cars you want to shift to other dealers, and browse what other dealers have available. There are no auction processes or platform fees — you see the listing, you pick up the phone, you do a deal. Old school, and that's the point.
What is the Sell My Vehicle section?+
Members of the public can submit their vehicle for sale directly to our dealer network. As a subscribed dealer you can see all public submissions in your dashboard alongside trade listings — a handy source of potential stock and part-exchanges at no extra cost.
How quickly can I get my cars listed?+
Very quickly. Once you're signed up, type in a registration plate and we pull the make, model, spec and details automatically. Add your photos, set a price, and hit publish. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes per car.
Can I add my team to the dashboard?+
Yes — unlimited team members on every plan with no extra charge. You set their role (Owner, Manager, or Staff) which controls what they can see and do. Staff can manage vehicles and reviews. Managers can do that plus profile and verification. Owners have full access including billing and team management.
What is the dealer website that's included?+
Every dealer gets an auto-built website at their-slug.ukdealer.com — for example abc-cars.ukdealer.com. It shows your live stock, your opening hours, your location, your reviews, and your contact details. It updates automatically as you add or remove vehicles. No web design needed, no extra charge.
How do I pay?+
Monthly by credit or debit card, or by direct debit — all handled securely through Stripe. You'll receive an invoice each month. There's no setup fee and the first charge is taken when you activate your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes, any time. If your stock levels change, just switch plans from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
